This fan looks great and works well!I bought(07/07/19) 2 of these fans and one of them stopped working after 1 year of installing them. They both where installed on a covered deck and was pleased with them till one stopped working and then i sent a email to customer service "Hello Chris, Thank you for your emailafter speaking to warranty dept they sent me a replacement GREAT SERVICE after speaking to someoneWe have been using this 84" Turbina XL fan daily for six months and are very pleased. It looks great and operates smoothly and effectively at all speeds. Be sure that you keep up with the remote control as it is the only way to turn the fan on or off or to change speeds. i recommend mounting the remote control holder on the wall and always keep the controller there so you will know exactly where it is at all times.I can't wait to get this installed. FedEx delivered it today.... Just like most everything that FedEx delivers, it is damaged. Lamps Plus quickly responded and is sending new blades.... hopefully not with FedEx...exactly what I was looking for. Much slower rotation and more relaxing in the room. Blades are pressed metal and nicely rigid, they won't sag over time as do blades of the usual fan. Price was right. I'll buy 2 more for our tall ceiling house to keep the heat off the ceiling and loft and down where we live during winter months.Great sleek design, puts out a lot of air and cools off our back porch even in 105 degrees! We are very pleased with this fan!It's working great. Was pleasantly surprised that a remote was included. Wish it came with longer downrodVery happy with the two fans that we installed in our great room. They move a surprising amount of air even with 14 foot ceilings.The blades look good and the motor was surprisingly heavy for its relatively compact size (compared to the blades).They operate very quietly.
